Well, is not really that... it is an old weathered restored ceramic piece that has imaginary anemone's bones... I kept it or long time in love with its rustic feel but how many more artifacts, elements can I hoard? The studio is Full and if I let go some, more will come -buy, ehem- it is how energy flows, I heard... closed grasping hands maybe can't lost what is inside but will not have a way to accept the new... Open hands let things go but also are open for new things arriving, same happens with like. Somewhere I read that stagnant water gets bad... If we get stuck in the past is no room for the present, nor the future. So, nothing will change.
So, here it is set in Heavy gauge opper to a shield like structure in solid copper with an industrial and almost medieval feel with natural weather patinas and fire patinas.
