I wanted to make this for a Long long time. Small metal castings to add as central elements or theme to pieces, eventually even hen I'm always "short of time" or need a 48hs days I left everything -and I mean everything, nor even my bigger half -husband- saw me for days at a time more than "Hi", ehem...- and spent time forming elements to cast, sculpting or modifying small elements to be able to cast them. Casting is -to my eyes- a hands dirty work, the born pieces need sanding, filing, forming and perfecting until they are ready to be included in a piece. Lust's nymph is one of the, cast in Shibuichi 50/50 -half copper half fine silver until she was what I wanted. She rests in a construction made in solid sterling with a cast lower part with symbol breeze and a top with overlapping thing sterling sheets fusing them to create folds, holes, waves and movement.
