I like cascade focal constructions because they are not just versatile but also because for designers and jewelers can be half of a bracelet adding more sterling or even other materials. -I also like how cascade pendants look falling on the chest line... ;) -
Talisman has two cubic zirconia elements, one a large stone and below smaller ones set in an arch and a river stone as contrast all set in solid sterling and silver 900 on the top circle. (I use coins most of the times to melt and create pieces and lot of countries value more silver 900 and lots also have silver 800 coins!)
