A Wow piece, bold, intense and unique, all in solid sterling, The Lovers have that beautful antique opalescent trade beads that make heads turn but also a beautiful white opal with reds and some small thunders of green, some cubic zirconia and a gold coated wax bead with beautiful carvings -that I collect like a squirrel- creating contrast with gold and silver, opalescence and flashes.
I'm not sure if it can be considered an assemblage since it has modified sterling elements, like the sun like waves and the flattened disc, made with vintage sterling pieces, but it is by sure a piece to stand out the crowd.
It measures 8 3/4 inches.
Remember, bolder beads make the fit tight. Might fit a 7 1/2
