This industrial modernist earrings have brass, copper and nickel shaking the subtle color from the natural driftwood that had been chosen as pieces to show their beauty, the work of the sea on nature. Driftwood is a noble, organic material, embedded with the magic of found pieces after a long walk on the sand, of memoirs of oceans, the softer side of time when instead of decay, polishes. 
 
For measurements, the pictures show the earrings on a standard business card, a USA quarter coin, a traditional metal ruler and on the bust, a real size human mannequin -Sorry for the awful pics, it was hard to do with workers everywhere and I wanted to release this batch so I can start playing with fire again!-
