A statement in more than its size, a piece to think, to show, to impact, to tease the watcher's mind, made in pure copper, copying in part the antique Tscherot shapes but showing a woman behind bars, the bars of preconcepts, judgement, emerging to be seen and listened, the woman inside.

A curved bone with some small burnt dots like evil eyes follows the neck piece form with a barb wire resemblance and clasps on the back still with flame patinas even when polished adds dramatism, yells louder, it would not be the same with beads, it would not sound the same among bright colors.

Jewelry can express more than we usually think, can be sculptures, statements, voices. That is what I do, I talk with images, I sculpt emotions, ancient memories that come from that side of us that has to be domesticated to not to hurt the world but still exists, that has to be polished to cause no stupor anyway sometimes is wildly necessary. Sometimes I create ethereal elements, others brutal, others wild, always from inside. I discovered once ages ago that the only door that takes us outside of ourselves is inside, the deeper we go, freer we are and close to the exit, the door to that inner light is not in a building to pray, in an object to adore, that door is in our heart.

It measures around the neck 17 inches approx.

The pictures where the piece rests on the bust show its size, the volume, how long, how it sists on the neck and can give you a visual idea of how would look on you since it is a human size mannequin.

OOAK, it always will be One in The world.
